If you’re ordering bulk swag for a swag campaign (whether that’s for the holidays, employee recognition, or something else), then you should know that choosing the swag is only one part of the whole process. The number of units, the warehousing of the swag inventory, the fulfillment and shipping costs, and even the duties you need to pay when you ship globally are also things you need to consider. That said, it can be quite stressful to deal with such things directly with a supplier. So, that’s when you turn to swag management platforms for bulk swag.

But how exactly do you choose which platform is the best bulk swag platform? What are the features and aspects you should consider when selecting from options? What should you watch out for?

In this blog, we’ll answer those questions by comparing six of the best bulk swag platforms in 2026 based on their MOQs (minimum order quantity), warehousing, fulfillment, international shipping, and costs.

What is a bulk swag platform?

A bulk swag platform helps you produce custom swag in larger quantities (in bulk), store the inventory, and send it out when you need it. Instead of ordering one item every time someone needs swag, you place a larger order upfront. That usually lowers the price per unit, and it means you already have inventory ready when a new hire starts, an event comes up, or another team needs swag. Depending on the platform, it can also handle decoration, kitting, warehousing, and fulfillment for you.

The main advantage of ordering swag in bulk is price. Your cost per item usually drops as the quantity goes up, and you don’t have to restart production every time you need another hoodie, bottle, or kit. The trade-off is that you pay for inventory upfront and need somewhere to keep whatever you haven’t sent yet. There’s also the minimum order quantity or MOQ to consider, which is typically 50 pieces and above, but it depends on the item.

That’s why bulk doesn’t have to be the answer for every send. Our On Demand vs. bulk swag comparison explains when each option makes more sense. That said, our focus here is bulk swag platforms, so we’ll look at platforms’ capabilities relating to ordering swag in bulk.

What should you look for in a bulk swag platform?

The things you need to look for when choosing a swag management platform for bulk swag are the following: catalog range, minimum order quantities, volume pricing, warehouse location and storage fees, domestic and international shipping, duties and customs, lead times, kitting, design support, swag flexibility, integrations, and sustainability.

Allow us to explain each one in more detail.

  • Catalog range: Make sure you can get the swag items and brands you actually want for your team and/or recipients. If you’re ordering several hundred units, ask for samples before approving the full run.

  • Minimum order quantities: Vendors calculate minimums differently. Some use a minimum per product, others per SKU or warehouse location. On the platforms below, typical starting points range from 15 to 50 units per product. So, make sure to ask what happens if you fall short, too, because some vendors charge an additional fee.

  • Volume pricing: One of the reasons to order in bulk is to lower the unit cost. Ask where the quantity breaks are so you can see whether moving from 80 to 100 pieces, for example, actually saves enough to justify the extra inventory.

  • Warehouse locations: Where your inventory is affects both shipping time and cost. If the warehouse is in the same region as your recipient, the final delivery can stay domestic. The providers below range from one warehouse to several regions.

  • Storage fees: Some vendors bill monthly, others every six months, and some charge one fee that covers a year. You’ll also want to know whether there’s a receiving fee or a limit on how much swag inventory your plan (if there is one) includes.

  • Domestic and international shipping: Bulk doesn’t always mean one shipment to one office or location. If your team is distributed, check whether you can divide one order across several offices or individual addresses and give each destination its own delivery date.

  • Duties and customs: Some vendors prepay duties, some invoice them to you later, and others leave the bill with the person receiving the package. Get the policy in writing for every country you plan to ship to. Remember, your employee shouldn’t have to pay a customs bill to receive a welcome swag.

  • Lead times: The platforms below range from roughly two weeks of production to timelines that can stretch closer to eight weeks from order to delivery. Ask when that timeline actually starts because some vendors don’t begin counting until you approve the artwork.

  • Kitting: If you’re sending more than one swag item per person, check whether the vendor assembles kits and what that costs. If presentation matters, ask about custom boxes, tissue, inserts, and other packaging too!

  • Design support: Find out whether mockups, embroidery files, Pantone matching, and revisions are included in what you’re paying for. You don’t want to discover halfway through production that your design work is billed separately.

  • Swag flexibility: Bulk swag works well when you can predict demand. It’s less useful when you need one jacket in one size or want employees to choose for themselves. If the same platform also offers On Demand, kits, or a swag store (and maybe even gift cards), you may be able to avoid managing another vendor.

  • Integrations: If you want your swag to go out for onboarding, birthdays, or work anniversaries, HRIS integrations can remove a lot of manual work there. Ask which systems the platform supports instead of settling for a vague “we integrate with HR tools.”

  • Sustainability: If sustainability matters to your company, look beyond recycled swag items. Ask about regional fulfillment, carbon programs, and packaging.

  1. PerkUp

Best for: Global companies that want one platform for every bulk order, with 2.5 million swag options, warehouses in ten regions, duties prepaid wherever possible, and swag flexibility

PerkUp is the best platform for bulk swag because bulk is the biggest part of its catalog. You can choose from more than 2.5 million bulk options, including Nike, Patagonia, The North Face, Stanley, and YETI, alongside customizable basics.

To give you a clearer view of PerkUp’s bulk swag capabilities, let’s say you need 300 hoodies for your teams in Austin, London, and Bengaluru. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) coordinates the order with you, and PerkUp’s in-house designers handle the branding and mockups. Once you approve the proof, PerkUp produces the hoodies and stores them in the warehouses closest to your recipients, thanks to its global warehousing and supplier network. From there, you can send 150 to Austin, 100 to London, and 50 to Bengaluru on one order, each with its own delivery date.

A typical bulk order takes about five weeks before it’s shipped, with around three weeks for production and another week each for approvals and kitting. And since each team’s swag ships from a warehouse in its own region, the last leg is a domestic delivery instead of a cross-border one.

PerkUp is also confident enough in its bulk pricing to back it with a Price Match+ Guarantee. How this works is simple: if a reputable supplier quotes you less for the exact same swag item (same SKU, decoration, and quantity), PerkUp will match the full quote and then take up to 3% off on top. It covers catalog products, not custom ones.

You also don’t have to overorder just to meet MOQs! PerkUp has 1,000+ On Demand swag items with a 1-unit minimum, so you can still place orders for when you need fewer than 50 pieces.

Why PerkUp works for bulk swag

  • Volume pricing with 50 units, or On Demand with one unit: With PerkUp, bulk orders typically start at 50 units, and your per-unit cost drops as the quantity goes up. On the other hand, if you need less than 50, PerkUp also has On Demand swag, which starts at one unit, so you can order only the exact quantity that you’ll use.

  • Global warehousing and supplier network: Through PerkUp’s warehousing and supplier network, you can produce and keep inventory in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe, India, China, Hong Kong, Australia, and Dubai. There are no receiving fees, either, and storage is billed monthly based on item size and what’s in the warehouse at the start of the month.

  • 2.5 million bulk options to choose from: PerkUp has 2.5 million bulk swag options, including brands such as Nike, Stanley, and The North Face, alongside white-label products. That gives you room to move between premium name brands and lower-cost options without having to change vendors.

  • Swag inventory visibility and platform access: Once your swag is in the PerkUp warehouse, you can manage the rest from your PerkUp account. For instance, you can check live stock levels, place new orders, send swag to offices or individual addresses, and schedule event swag around each event’s delivery window. Every shipment comes with tracking, too!

  • Customs and duties handled: PerkUp delivers to more than 65 countries and prepays duties wherever possible. You see the total cost before you place the order, and if an eligible cross-border shipment requires your recipient to pay for a customs charge, PerkUp reimburses 100% of it.

  • Order allocation to several destinations: Each destination can have its own delivery date, notes, and attachments. After approval, you’ll also see whether each location is on track or at risk. That helps when one bulk order needs to cover several offices instead of forcing you to manage separate projects for each one.

  • Local production when needed: With suppliers and warehouses across ten regions, PerkUp can produce your swag in the region it’s headed to or ship it from the closest warehouse, depending on what’s best for your order.

  • Custom sourcing with Pantone matching: If you need something outside PerkUp’s catalog, PerkUp can source or build it from scratch, straight from its partner factories. PerkUp can also match any Pantone you want for your swag, so it looks and feels like your brand.

  • Bulk orders tied to your events: With PerkUp’s event swag, you can search for the event, add details such as a booth number, and see whether each shipment is On track, Needs attention, At risk, or Delivered. That’s useful when the event swag items have to arrive before a venue deadline.

Other features worth knowing

  • 1,000 On Demand options: On Demand starts at one unit, which is a great option for when you only need one swag item. The listed price already includes the item, decoration, shipping, taxes, and duties, and every available size costs the same.

  • Swag stores and gift cards: Build as many stores as you need and add 5,000+ gift cards when you want your recipients to have a virtual gift instead.

  • Swag kits: Produce kits in bulk, keep them in a warehouse, and send one whenever you need it.

  • In-house designers: PerkUp’s designers can prepare mockups, create embroidery files, and match Pantone colors before your order goes into production.

  • Send your leftover swag to PerkUp’s warehouses: You can send existing inventory to a PerkUp warehouse and manage it alongside other swag items you ordered through the platform.

  • More than 200 integrations: Connect tools such as Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, Slack, Amazon Business, and SSO.

  • Automated milestone gifting: Set rules for onboarding, birthdays, and anniversaries so your recurring swag campaigns can happen without manual intervention.

  • Sustainability: PerkUp is a member of Pledge 1% and partners with Stripe Climate.

Limitation

  • PerkUp doesn’t currently have warehouses or suppliers in South America.

  1. SwagDrop

Best for: US and Canadian teams that want free US shipping on larger orders

SwagDrop has been in business since 1992, originally under the name Promotion Resource Group, then rebranded to SwagDrop in 2022. It focuses mainly on North America, with US orders shipping from Pittsburgh and Canadian orders from Toronto. According to its bulk swag page, most bulk orders take 5 to 10 business days, and orders over $5,000 ship free within the continental US.

Why it works for bulk orders

  • Bulk timeline: SwagDrop’s rule of thumb for bulk orders is 5 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping threshold: Bulk orders over $5,000 ship free to the continental US.

  • Volume pricing: SwagDrop says its bulk pricing tiers improve as quantities go up. Minimums vary by product, so check each item you’re ordering.

  • Canadian production: SwagDrop says it produces Canadian orders in Canada and ships them domestically.

  • One shipment or several: Bulk orders usually go out as one shipment to one location, but SwagDrop can also ship to multiple event locations.

Other features worth knowing

  • Swag packs: SwagDrop assembles, packs, warehouses, and ships packs to recipients. Branded boxes, inserts, and cards are available.

  • Mockups: Its design team creates mockups from your assets with no cost.

  • On Demand stores: Employees can order one item at a time, and each order ships for a flat $9.95 fee. A program needs a minimum expected spend of $5,000, however.

  • Pop-up shops: SwagDrop has temporary online stores where your employees or customers can pick their swag, though this requires a $5,000 minimum spend.

Limitations

  • SwagDrop can only ship to North America. US orders are shipped from Pittsburgh, and Canadian orders from Toronto, and the site doesn’t publish shipping details for other countries.

  • It doesn’t integrate with HRIS systems or third-party e-commerce platforms.

  • Storage fees and how storage is billed aren’t published either.

  • Spend minimums apply across its programs: $2,000 to check out swag packs, and $5,000 for pop-up shops and On Demand programs.

  1. Avail Swag

Best for: US teams that want a swag specialist to source products

Avail Swag, run by Avail Labs, was founded in 2008 and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. With this platform, instead of browsing a large catalog on your own, you start by filling out a project planner. A dedicated swag specialist then sources options based on what you need, and you review and approve proofs inside the project before production begins. For ongoing fulfillment, Avail Swag’s fulfillment page says it can store inventory, handle pick and pack, and send in-stock swag the same day.

Why it works for bulk orders

  • Sourcing support: A swag specialist sources options from Avail’s supplier network, and Avail can also develop custom swag for you.

  • Warehousing: You can store swag with Avail and track each SKU in the Avail app, including current stock, value, and min and par levels, with reorder alerts.

  • Kitting: Avail can pack kits and add cards, brochures, and stickers. Most kitting projects ship within 10 to 15 business days after products are approved.

  • Show-to-Show Shipping: Event inventory can be moved from one venue to the next without going back to the warehouse in between.

  • Multi-address shipping: Avail ships to multiple domestic and international addresses and can collect recipient addresses as well.

Other features worth knowing

  • Integrations: Avail connects with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and HRIS tools such as Workday, BambooHR, and Rippling, plus single sign-on through Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra.

  • Company stores: Avail offers fulfillment, pop-up, and On Demand stores, and says most launch in a few days.

  • Gifting: With Avail Swag, you can also send swag to employees, clients, or prospects, with budgets that refresh monthly, quarterly, or annually.

  • Sustainability: Avail says 70% of its catalogs are available in recycled or responsibly sourced materials.

Limitations

  • Charlotte, North Carolina is the only warehouse address Avail publishes, and it doesn’t list the countries it ships to.

  • Its terms state that taxes, duties, and shipping are your responsibility, meaning you would have to pay for them.

  • Pricing isn’t public. There’s no pricing page, and minimums, storage fees, and kitting fees aren’t published.

Our Avail Swag review covers the platform in more detail.

  1. Swag Hut

Best for: Teams in Ireland and the UK that want bulk swag stored nearby

If most of your employees or recipients are in Ireland or the UK, Swag Hut gives you another regional option without charging a platform subscription. The company is family-run, based in Nenagh, County Tipperary, and was started in 2021. With Swag Hut, production normally takes four to six weeks, and its pricing page separates the free services from paid add-ons.

Why it works for bulk orders

  • The standard minimum is 50 units: 50 MOQ is the usual starting point, but Swag Hut also says it can source lower quantities for certain swag items. That gives you some flexibility when one part of the order doesn’t need the same volume as everything else.

  • Your inventory can stay in Ireland or the UK: This works well if most of your recipients are already in Ireland or the UK. The Swag Hut portal also shows stock levels in real time, so you can check what’s left before releasing another shipment.

  • The storage terms are straightforward: You get two weeks free, then storage is charged by item size and paid upfront for six months. Knowing the billing period makes it easier to decide how much extra inventory you actually want to hold.

  • You don’t have to send everything at once: You can send the full order immediately or release part of it and keep the rest in storage.

Other features worth knowing

  • Free pre-order forms: Collect each employee’s item, color, and size before you place the bulk order, which helps you avoid guessing the apparel breakdown.

  • Redeem emails and claim links: Recipients can submit their own delivery details or choose their own swag.

  • Duties shown upfront: The platform displays customs and duty fees so you can account for them before the order is sent.

  • Free designs: Swag Hut says it provides designs within 24 hours at no extra cost.

  • Sustainability: Swag Hut is a 1% for the Planet member and an EcoVadis member.

Limitations

  • Warehouses are currently in Ireland and the UK. Its FAQ says the US and Netherlands warehouses are planned.

  • You’re responsible for shipping and duties.

  • Its shipping restriction list includes more than 50 countries, including Turkey, Serbia, and Nepal, so global teams should compare their destination list carefully.

Be sure to read our Swag Hut review to learn more about this platform!

  1. Gemnote

Best for: Companies that want highly customized swag

Gemnote was founded in 2015 and fulfills orders through its warehouse outside San Francisco. The platform is built around bulk projects, but custom packaging is where it stands out. That makes it a good fit for launches, client gifts, and employee kits where you want the box itself to feel as considered as the swag inside. Its standard production timeline is four to six weeks. For ongoing programs, Gemnote uses four plans with limits on both inventory and monthly sends, starting with 250 stored items and 10 sends per month and going up to 2,000 items and 100 sends.

Why it works for bulk orders

  • Minimums typically start at 50 units per SKU: Gemnote is built around bulk rather than On Demand, so it’s a good choice when you already know you need a larger quantity.

  • Custom packaging is a major part of the offer: You can use rigid boxes, printed mailers with Pantone color matching, tissue, inserts, and other packaging details.

  • You can approve a sample before the full run: A pre-production sample lets you see what you’re actually ordering before committing to dozens or hundreds of pieces.

  • Gemnote stores and fulfills from its own warehouse: The same facility outside San Francisco handles inventory, kitting, and shipping, which keeps those steps together.

  • You can choose how the order is sent: Send everything to one location, drop ship to individual addresses, or divide the same project across several places. Finished kits can also go directly to an event venue.

Other features worth knowing

  • No subscription for one-time projects: You only need a paid plan if you’re running an ongoing swag program.

  • Redemption pages: Recipients can choose their swag and enter their own sizes and addresses. The same page can also serve as a pre-order form, and you can hide the swag if you want to keep it a surprise.

  • Roles and budgets: Invite teammates as admins or users and manage team budgets inside the platform.

  • Shopify and SSO: Gemnote can fulfill orders from your Shopify store and supports single sign-on.

  • Greener options: Compostable mailers and carbon-neutral shipping options are available.

Limitations

  • Plans cap both stored inventory and monthly sends. The highest published plan includes 2,000 stored items and 100 sends each month, with additional sends costing $10.

  • For one-time projects, leftover inventory needs to be returned within 14 days. After that, storage costs $20 per box per day.

  • On international orders, the recipient or client is responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.

Our Gemnote review has everything you need to know about this platform.

  1. BlinkSwag

Best for: US and European teams that want stored swag with published storage rates

BlinkSwag is a division of Blink Marketing and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. It stores your swag in warehouses across North America and Europe and ships from that stock when you need it. Its pricing page lists storage by the cubic foot with a $25 monthly minimum.

Why it works for bulk orders

  • No minimum on most swag items: BlinkSwag says most of its swag items don’t have a minimum order, though some do. For larger orders, it offers volume-based pricing on request.

  • Published storage rates: Storage runs from $0.75 to $2.65 per cubic foot, depending on how much you store and whether BlinkSwag supplied the swag, with a $25 monthly minimum. Receiving is free.

  • Warehouses in North America and Europe: BlinkSwag stores inventory in both regions and offers local production in the US and EU. It says it handles VAT and customs for EU shipments.

  • Production time: BlinkSwag says production generally takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • Inventory tracking: The BlinkSwag dashboard shows stored inventory, with inventory reports and reorder alerts.

Other features worth knowing

  • Account manager: BlinkSwag assigns a dedicated account manager for warehousing and fulfillment.

  • Integrations: BlinkSwag integrates with HRIS, CRM, and other tools such as Workday, Salesforce, and Slack, as well as Okta for single sign-on.

  • Swag stores and reward links: Stores can include swag, prepaid cards, and gifts, and reward links are tied to specific recipients.

  • Mockups in 24 hours: Its design team sends mockups with your logo within 24 hours.

Limitations

  • BlinkSwag only says its warehouses are in North America and Europe. It doesn’t publish cities, countries, or a list of the countries it ships to.

  • Its fulfillment terms make you responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes, even though its marketing pages say it handles customs.

  • Storage isn’t the only cost. The pricing page also lists $2.65 per order and $1.00 per item picked from the warehouse, and storage beyond a set period may cost extra.

  • Its fulfillment agreement runs for 36 months and renews automatically, and BlinkSwag can raise fees during the term with advance notice.

Be sure to read our BlinkSwag review for the full breakdown!

Wrapping Up

Once you’ve compared all six platforms, geography is one of the easiest ways to narrow the list. If you want a comprehensive, truly global platform, then PerkUp is for you. If you’re only sending within the US, Avail Swag and Gemnote may be worth considering. If your recipients are spread between the US and Canada, SwagDrop ships to both. BlinkSwag stores swag in North America and Europe, and if most of your recipients are in Ireland or the UK, Swag Hut gives you warehousing closer to that audience.

The decision gets more complicated once your destinations cross several regions. At that point, keeping everything in one warehouse can mean more international shipments, longer delivery routes, and more questions around customs and duties.

That’s the type of bulk program PerkUp is set up for. You can store and fulfill through the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe, India, China, Hong Kong, and Australia instead of relying on one country for every order.

Have a bulk order coming up? Book a demo and bring your item list and destinations. We can walk through the landed cost for each country before anything goes into production.

If company size is part of the decision too, our guide to the best swag platforms for companies with 500 to 2,000 employees is a good next read!

Frequently Asked Questions About Bulk Swag

What’s the minimum order for bulk swag?

It depends on both the platform and the item. BlinkSwag has no minimum on most swag items, while Swag Hut’s standard minimum is 50. PerkUp typically starts at 50 units per location for bulk swag. If you only need one or a few pieces, PerkUp’s On Demand catalog has a one-unit minimum.

Is bulk swag cheaper than On Demand swag?

Per item, usually yes. You’re committing to a larger quantity upfront, so your unit cost is generally lower. The trade-off is paying for inventory before you need it and potentially paying to store whatever you haven’t sent. On Demand usually costs more per item, but there’s no inventory sitting in a warehouse.

At PerkUp, the On Demand price is all-inclusive, so it already covers the item, decoration, shipping, taxes, and duties, with every available size at the same rate. A lot of companies use both. They order predictable, high-volume swag in bulk, then use On Demand for smaller sends or apparel when sizing is harder to estimate.

How much does it cost to store bulk swag?

Every platform uses a different pricing model. PerkUp charges based on item size and bills monthly for what’s in inventory at the beginning of the month. There are no receiving fees, and storage fees can be reduced or waived at higher spend levels. Other platforms on this list charge every six months or take one payment that covers up to a year.

Before comparing the headline rates, estimate how long you actually expect the inventory to stay in storage.

Who pays customs and duties on an international bulk order?

It depends on the platform, so confirm the policy before you order. Some vendors leave duties to you or the recipient. Others prepay them or add the amount to your invoice.

PerkUp sends most international orders with duties prepaid wherever possible. If an eligible cross-border order still results in a customs charge for the recipient, PerkUp reimburses 100% of it. You can also reduce the number of cross-border sends by storing swag closer to your employees.

What should finance teams check before approving a bulk swag order?

Bulk means paying for inventory before you send it, so your finance team will usually want to understand the full cost upfront. Ask for a quote that includes the swag, decoration, shipping, duties, and taxes for every destination.

If several legal entities are sharing the order, also check whether the vendor can split billing before checkout instead of leaving finance to allocate the cost afterward. PerkUp, for example, lets you divide one bulk order across billing entities. Companies in regulated industries may also need security documentation before adding a new vendor. PerkUp is SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
